For Light Trailers (0-2,000kg ATM): This kit is designed for trailers with an Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) of up to 2,000kg. It includes components that are perfectly suited for medium-sized trailers, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards.They fit chain down to 8mm.
For Heavy Trailers (2,000kg to 4,000kg ATM): We recommend our 'Heavy Trailer' version for trailers with an ATM between 2,000kg and 4,000kg. This kit features stronger components that are specifically tailored to handle higher loads, complying with safety standards for heavier trailers. They fit chain down to 10mm.
Yes, we currently offer both Orange and Black. You can choose your preferred colour when placing your order.
It features a new design QUICKLOCK® Rubber Grip pin retaining collar on the connector. Just use your thumb to push the pin into the collar and another small device like a screw driver to push the pin back through when removing. They are designed to be easily removable and reusable
Our standard G80 Hammerlock/Connector uses the traditional spring helix locking collar. Its concidered a semi permanant fixture and does not feature the QUICKLOCK® Rubber Grip like the connectors in the Vehicle & Trailer Safety Chain Hook Kit (Govt. CTA Approved).

Yes, the pins and locking collar on the Vehicle & Trailer Safety Chain Hook Kit (Govt. CTA Approved) are reusable, but only on the connectors that originally came in the hook kit. You can push the pin back out when needed, and there's no immediate need to replace the pin and locking collar unless they show signs of wear or damage.
Currently, the orange hammerlocks are only available as part of the complete hook kit and cannot be purchased separately

It’s an each hook rating but you can’t combine them to get a greater capacity. Each hook must be able to restrain the entire ATM on its own, consider the second hook as a backup to the first.

In Australian standards, the tolerance for the effective length of synthetic slings is specified as follows:
Flat Synthetic-Webbing Slings (AS 1353.1): The effective length should be measured more than 10 minutes after releasing any applied forces and must be within ±3% of the nominal length.
Synthetic Round Slings (AS 4497.1): Similarly, the measured length should have an accuracy of ±3% of the nominal length.
These tolerances ensure that synthetic slings meet the required specifications for safe lifting operations.
Please be advised that if your sling falls outside this range, we are open to replacing it to ensure that it meets the specified tolerance.
Shipping & Delivery

We do not have stockists. However, depending on stock levels, we sometimes ship directly from our Auxiliary Warehouse to expedite delivery. Please rest assured that this does not slow down the fulfillment of your order.
